PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Privacy Code”), this notice describes how Mobili Giardina processes the personal data of users received through its website (the “Site”) accessible from the domain:

corresponding to the home page of the site.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, brought together in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

PURPOSE AND METHOD OF PROCESSING
Mobili Giardina will process the personal data of users collected during the navigation and / or use of the Site, or at the time of registration and submission of purchase orders, through electronic and automated tools (see also next section “Cookies”).
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a) performing the obligations strictly related to the use of the Site, to the registration and access to the reserved areas of the same, to the sending of purchase orders and to the management of the contractual relationship
b) responding to specific user requests
c) fulfilling legal obligations
d) carrying out statistics and measuring the level of customer satisfaction, as well as sending commercial communications and newsletters (by mail and telephone, e-mail and sms, also by automated means) to the contacts given when filling in the online registration form
e) processing of information relating to the use of the Site (such as frequency of use, mode, habits, interests, statistics, purchase orders, etc..) through the use of cookies (see next section “Cookies Policy of Mobili Giardina”).
Where necessary, Mobili Giardina will acquire the specific consent of users to the use of data (eg. for sending commercial communications).
Personal data are processed by automated tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or to comply with any legal requirements. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access. The information collected is recorded in a secure environment, in compliance with the obligations set out in the Privacy Code and in particular in Annex B.
COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
With regard to the purposes referred to in points a), b) and c) above, the provision of your personal data to Mobili Giardina is mandatory, and its treatment does not require your consent. Any refusal to provide the data may result in the impossibility for Mobili Giardina to initiate the contractual relationship and to process purchase orders according to the time and manner specified in the terms of sale. The provision of data relating to fields marked as non-compulsory within the registration form is optional.
The provision of data for the purposes mentioned under d) and e) is optional. In the latter case, there are therefore no consequences in the event of your refusal or withdrawal of your consent, unless otherwise permitted by law.
It is hereby specified that the purchase contract will be filed by Mobili Giardina and can be sent by e-mail together with the terms and conditions of sale. Details of the most recent orders are available in each customer’s personal area.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the site: apart from this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The user who decides to register for the newsletter via the procedure provided on the site voluntarily and consciously provides the e-mail address to which communications relating to the site and/or of a commercial nature will be sent.
The user who decides to register on the site in order to access the services offered through the site voluntarily and consciously provides, if he/she is a natural person, his/her e-mail address, name (first and last name), home address and/or shipping address for the products purchased, tax code, landline and/or mobile phone number, and credit card number if he/she decides to pay the price by this method of payment. In the case of a legal person, the user who decides to register on the site to access the services offered through the site voluntarily and consciously provides the company name, VAT number and/or tax code if different, the address of the registered office, the shipping address, email address, landline telephone number, fax number and/or mobile phone number, credit card number if he/she decides to pay the price by means of this payment method.
NON-DISCLOSURE OF DATA
The Personal Data, collected with this registration, may be processed only by persons in charge of the processing, responsible for the management of the requested service and any marketing activities, or to third parties, previously appointed as appointees or external managers, acting on behalf of Mobili Giardina, to carry out activities of product delivery, or may be disclosed to credit institutions, legal and tax advisors.
DATA TRANSFER ABROAD
Mobili Giardina may transfer part of your data in one of its databases abroad, even outside the European Community, in compliance with the requirements of the Privacy Code and / or in accordance with the authorizations issued by the Privacy Guarantor. In any case, the transfer of data to third parties in such countries will not take place without first obtaining your explicit consent.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to obtain information on: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2); e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of processing.
The interested party has the right to obtain a) the updating, rectification or, when he/she is interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
The rights under Art. 7 may be exercised by sending a registered letter, fax or e-mail to the above-mentioned data controller.
The advertising services listed below – also referred to as vendors – adhere to the IAB’s Transparency and Consent Framework and allow you to customise your advertising tracking settings.
Some of them process your personal data only on the basis of your consent, and others on the basis of a legitimate interest.
